Q. You offer financing. Is Owner & Seller financing the same ?
A. Yes, We offer financing on properties. With a low Down payment (plus processing fee if applicable)
you then assume the balance amount as stated on the listing page.
Q. Who owns the properties being sold?
A. We own all properties listed on this website.
Q. Are you a Real Estate agent or Broker?
A. No we are not. We pass the savings of not using an agent or broker, To you the Buyer
Q. Are there any liens on the properties? Back taxes?
A. All properties offered for sale on this website are free and clear and have no liens against them.
Q. Should buyers personally inspect property before purchasing?
A. Yes, buyers should inspect each property and perform their own due diligence.
Q. How can buyers find out more information about the lots they wish to purchase?
A. We encourage buyers to call the county or state agency in which the property is located.
Q. If I decide that I would like to purchase a property, what's next?
A. You are welcome to send a message from any of the email links located around the site.

We can then go over details of the transaction. If you decide to purchase, we will email your payment instructions and
Vesting information requirements. As soon as we receive your down payment and vesting information, we will process your paperwork.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Credit cards thru PayPal only, money order, cashiers check and personal checks. DO NOT SEND CASH in the mail.
(The above methods are good for down payments as well as monthly payments.)
Q. How long does it take to get my paperwork?
A. All paperwork will be sent by Express mail to you within 7-10 days upon receipt of down payment.
Land Contracts must be signed, notarized, and returned to us. We will sign, notarize, and return contract to you.
Q. What is a Land Contract?
A. It is a purchase agreement stating the terms of the sale, it clearly states what is expected of both the Seller and Buyer.
Upon successful conclusion property is conveyed to buyer with a Warranty Deed (unless otherwise stated in listing)
Q. What if there is a problem such as the paperwork or deed gets lost?
A. Homequest USA INC. guarantees each piece of property that we sell. We will do everything necessary to insure a perfect transaction for you.
Q. Who qualifies for financing?
A. Everyone! There are no credit checks. We finance everyone.
Q. What do you do with my processing fee? (if applicable)
A. The processing fee takes care of the paperwork: Deeds, contracts, etc. plus the processing fee also includes the shipping and handling.
Q. Do you have a mailing list that I may be on for future properties?
A. Yes, to be included on our mailing list sign into our guestbook and leave your contact information.

A. Yes. It is a pleasure to serve our Worldwide customers.
Q. Can buyers receive a refund if they change their minds after making a purchase?
A. Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities.
Prospective buyers are encouraged to perform all due diligence and only purchase when they are confident and
comfortable that they will be satisfied. We do not, and will not use any tactics to pressure the buyer.
Thus, under these circumstances, refunds cannot be honored unless a problem develops where a property cannot be
conveyed to the buyer free and clear of financial liens.
